— Immigration & Nationality
If you are planning to relocate abroad and Portugal is your chosen destination, we are here to guide you every step of the way.
We assist both EU and non‑EU citizens throughout the entire process of establishing residency in Portugal — from selecting the appropriate visa, scheduling appointments in the country of origin and in Portugal, gathering and preparing all required documentation, ensuring the successful approval of your visa, and providing in‑person support at appointments so that language is never a barrier. We accompany you through every stage until your residence card is safely in your hands.
The visa process can be complex, and our role is to ensure you never have to deal with the stress of lengthy bureaucracy, incorrect documents, uncertainties, deadlines, or administrative obstacles.
We have also addressed many of the practical questions that arise when moving to Portugal. It is an extraordinary country — discover whether it is the right place for you and your family.
Beyond the full residency visa process, our lawyers and legal specialists provide comprehensive legal services, legal consultancy, registry services, and notarial support.
We assist clients directly, and we also work closely with relocation companies that support families not only with the visa process but also with housing searches, setting up utilities, assistance with purchasing or importing vehicles, exchanging driving licences, finding medical specialists, researching schools, supporting enrolment, and much more. We take care of everything needed to help you settle into this welcoming and beautiful country.
We handle: residence visas, VFS appointments, AIMA appointments, NIF, NISS, health number, driving licence exchange, tax representation, residence renewals, nationality applications, and Hague Apostille services.
